We in Libra Computer Aid are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system by establishing and implementing our defined and declared quality objectives. We meet or exceed the requirements of our customers through the achievement of the following Quality Objectives:

Urgent orders from the Customer to be catered within 03 (three) office hours and normal orders to be catered within 08 (eight) office hours from the time of receiving the work order from the respective customer.
Customers to be addressed within 05 (five) minutes in our Head Office/Show Room who come for any direct purchase of Printer/Consumables or to get after sales service.
Any Service Call from the customers to be attended within 03 (three) office hours within Dhaka City and within 24 (twenty four) office hours at any area out of Dhaka having under warranty period or maintenance contract with us
Current average Customer satisfaction score is 3.9. Our objective is to increase the Customer satisfaction score up to 4.5 within 2022.
To gain 20% market share of the Laser Printer Market and 10% market share of the Dot Matrix Printer market in 2022
Ensure 100% payment collection from the Customers within 30 days from the date of submission of Invoices to them.
Include 100% employees under group and hospitalization Insurance coverage through motivation.
Ensure 100% clean and safety office environment for the employees and the visitors both.
